LOVE GROWS HERE
Guest are always welcome at Independence Christian Church. We are a rural church, located just outside the town of Ashland in central Virginia. Sunday School is from 10:00-10:45a.m. Our Worship Service begins at 11:00a.m. and typically ends at noon. We offer a traditional worship service with traditional music. A nursery is provider during Sunday School and the Worship Hour.
Independence Christian Church is an active spiritual center. Our members are committed to spreading our love and resources to our community and to sharing our message of God's love to the world.

In recent weeks we have lost some people we love at this church. We have also watched some friends and family struggle with their health. As we have faced these challenges I have been amazed at the depth of faith that I have seen around me. Even in the tears there have been words of hope. Through the hard times so many of us find a firm foundation in knowing that God is merciful and grants us life-everlasting. This basic truth has the power to give us great strength!
